• Production begins only after written approval and required advance payment.
• Any design or material change may affect pricing and delivery timelines.
• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
• Delayed payments may pause production and installation.
Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier delays,
design modifications, technical constraints, or site access conditions.
WoodPlus is not responsible for delays caused by external or unforeseen factors.
• Provide accurate information and allow measurement visits when required.
• Ensure the site is ready for installation (clean, accessible, safe).
• Inform WoodPlus of building/community rules (working hours, permits, security).
• Approve drawings, materials, and specifications before production begins.
• All WoodPlus products are custom-made; slight natural variations may occur in wood grain or color.
• Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective under warranty.
• Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and extended timelines.
WoodPlus provides warranty for manufacturing and installation defects as per the project agreement.
The warranty does not cover:
• Misuse, improper maintenance, or accidental damage.
• Water exposure, humidity issues, or improper cleaning.
• Modifications by third parties.
• Normal wood behavior such as minor expansion or color variations.
All designs, images, texts, logos, and content on this website are the property of WoodPlus.
